Switching Teams
This article applies to the products D4H Personnel & Training, Equipment Management, and Incident Reporting.
Incident Reporting is only available on web app.

WEB APP

To switch teams, you will first need to have linked your accounts together. To do this, follow the instructions on our page for setting up single sign on for multiple accounts. Once your accounts have been linked, you can switch between them by clicking the alternating arrows in the upper right corner and selecting a different team.
You can also reach your accounts page by using the link below that corresponds to your team's server location:

MOBILE APPS

Download the Personnel, or Equipment Management mobile apps. To do this, follow the instructions on our pages for Personnel & Training App and/or Equipment Management App.
To switch teams, it is recommended you first need to have linked your accounts together on the web application. To do this, follow the instructions on our page for setting up single sign on for multiple accounts.
To add new teams from your mobile app:
  • Open the applicable mobile app
  • Click on the Hamburger Menu
    at the top left
  • Click the inverted triangle
    next to the current open account name at the top left
  • Click on Switch Accounts
  • Click on + Add another account
  • Enter in your Username (same as web)
  • Select the applicable server (US, Canada, European Union or Asia Pacific)
  • Click Next
  • Enter in your Password (same as web)
  • Select Submit
To switch between teams once they have been linked:
  • Open the applicable mobile app
  • Click on the Hamburger Menu
    at the top left
  • Click the inverted triangle
    next to the current open account name at the top left
  • Select the teams account name you wish to switch teams
