Reactivating a Channel

You may want to reactivate a channel that has previously been shutdown.

ℹ️ NOTE: It is not possible to reactivate a channel in the mobile app.

To reactivate an incident channel:

  1. Access the the main page in your Incident Management account
  2. Click on the ▶︎ Archived menu at the bottom
  3. Click on the ⠸more options menu next to the incident you wish to reactivate
  4. Select Reactivate, this may take several minutes
  5. Scroll up and see the reactivated channel now in the active channel menu
