Adding Documents

Upload training materials, manuals, and resources to a shared document repository. Documents differ from Attachments, which are directly attached to a specific entity. For further details, refer to the Attachments articles.

🔑 ACCESS LEVEL REQUIRED: Owners, Editors, and Member+ with Document can upload/edit docs. Private docs (marked with a padlock icon) can only be seen by Member+ and above.

⚠️ ATTENTION: The maximum file size of uploaded documents is 1 GB.

  1. Go to Intelligence > Documents
  2. Select an existing folder as the document destination
  3. Or create a new folder
    1. Click Add Folder
    2. You can set the folder as 'Shared With Team' or 'Private' (Private restricts viewing access to Member+ and above)
    3. Click Create Folder

  1. After accessing the relevant folder, click Add Document
  2. Upload the file(s) or simply drag and drop it into the box 
  3. You can set the document as 'Shared With Team' or 'Private' (Private restricts viewing access to Member+ and above)

  1. Click Upload Files
