Sending an Email with an Attachment

There is no facility to attach files when emailing directly from the communications module. However, there is a method using your own external email client.

To send an attachment using your external email client:

1. Go to Logistics > Communications 
2. Add recipients
3. Click Mailto: Export
4. This will open your default email client with all the recipient addresses already inserted
5. You can then attach files as you normally would in your email
