Viewing the Audit Trail


Every change in Incident Management is recorded in the audit trail of the channel. To view the complete audit trail
  • Click on Updates
  • Select the All tab
To view the audit trail of a specific item:
  • Navigate to the item you want an audit trail for
  • Click the Updates icon on the top right to open the right side-bar
  • Click on the All tab to see the audit trail for the item.
