Hiding Event Name Field on Situation

If your team does not use the event name field on the Situation, you can choose to hide it from view.

To do this:

1. Go to the Admin Area
2. Expand Settings
3. Select Preferences
4. Click on 'Hide incident name (show the incident ref only)' located under the incidents section 
5. Click Save
