Sorting Module Views

Once you have added some Personnel, Roles, Forms, Status Boards data to your Channel in Incident Management (Operations Center platform), you can choose how you want to sort them. Some of your options in sorting may differ between modules but they can include sort by name, date created, date modified, alphabetically, then you can select ascending or descending.

ℹ️ NOTE: Using the Forms module for the below example but it works similarly for any applicable modules within the Incident Management account (Operations Center platform).

To sort alphabetically:

  1. Access the open Channel
  2. Go to the Forms
  3. Click on the ⋮ more options menu at the top
  4. Select Sort By
  5. Choose Name and then select either Ascending or Descending

Personnel 

Sort by Online Status

You have the ability to always show online Personnel at the top of the list. When this is enabled (it's enabled by default), the Personnel will first sort by their online status (online first) then by the chosen sort order.

To disable this sort by filter:

  1. Access the open Channel
  2. Go to Personnel
  3. Click on the ⋮ more options menu at the top right
  4. Click Sort By
  5. Select the Don't sort by online status button

Sort by Role

To sort personnel by assigned role:

  1. Access the open Channel
  2. Go to Personnel
  3. Click on the ⋮ more options menu at the top right
  4. Click Sort By
  5. Select Role
