Incident Management Settings Overview

The settings in the Admin Area of Operations Center allow you to configure and localize your account.

Preferences - Configure the main preferences for your account.
Permission Profiles - Configure the different permission profiles and the access levels for each user.
Export Settings - Decide what is included in the final channel export.
Channel Statuses - Each channel has a status which can be configured here.
D4H Products Integration - Connect our other products together to import and export data.
