Incident Management Settings


The settings in the Admin Area of Incident Management allow you to configure and localize your account.
  • ​Preferences - Configure the main preferences for your account.
  • ​Permission Profiles - Configure the different permission profiles and the access levels for each user.
  • ​Export Settings - Decide what is included in the final channel export.
  • ​Channel Statuses - Each channel has a status which can be configured here.
