Admin Area

Proper Permission Level is required to access the Admin Area.
The Admin Area is where you configure your Incident Management account. Lets you create plays and forms, populate status boards, and change general settings.


To access the admin area:
  • Click on the
    icon in the top right hand corner
  • Go to Admin Area
The admin area is broken into 4 sections:
  1. 1.
    Collections - Store content to be re-used in every channel.
  2. 2.
    Plays - Configure the automations that run when a channel is started.
  3. 3.
    Templates - Manage the templates behind each module.
  4. 4.
    Settings - Configure the software control panel.
